## Methodology (verbatim)

The SIP basket is an equal-dollar buy-and-hold portfolio of six assets — MSTR common stock, four Strategy preferred series (STRC, STRD, STRK, STRF), and spot Bitcoin (BTC). Each constituent begins at 16.67% weight on 1 May 2026 at a base value of 1,000. The basket is never rebalanced; weights drift with realized performance. The $SIP token price in USD equals the basket value divided by 10,000.

Formula: value_t = 1000 · (1/6) · Σ (price_i,t / price_i,baseline). Baselines: MSTR 177.17, STRC 99.86, STRD 77.19, STRK 79.69, STRF 101.00, BTC 78,331.20.
